terms and conditions

After discussing your commission, I will provide a rough sketch for your approval, free of charge.♦ • ♦If you approve of the sketch, there will be a 40% deposit for me to proceed with the project.♦ • ♦I will provide updates at line art and color stages as well as any important design elements. I understand life is busy, but a delay in approval is a delay in delivery.♦ • ♦You will be provided a final, watermarked version for you approval. If accepted, I will send the finished product after the rest of the balance is paid.Licenses for commercial images are an additional fee, dependent on circumstances.♦ • ♦I am free to use any image for personal marketing. If you do not wish me to, an extra fee must be paid.♦ • ♦No I do not work for exposure.

refund policy

I do everything I can to make sure the image meets your expectations, providing several previews at all stages so changes can be made easily and quickly.Should something still go wrong, these are my refund stipulations-------------I reserve the right to stop service at anytime.♦ • ♦If I cancel the commission, you will be reimbursed your deposit.♦ • ♦If you cancel before final line art is
delivered, you will be reimbursed.♦ • ♦If line art has been delivered, I keep the deposit♦ • ♦There is no cancelation at the 11th hour. If I have 95% finished your commission, I will expect to be compensated for my work.♦ • ♦failure to do so could result in a poor client recommendation
